      Pros

      Provides the best example of 'In at the deep end' that I know. If you are smart and can get on, learn quickly this is a really good way to start your career. The people that you will work with are very switched on, and generally great to work with.

      Cons

      Bonus/promotion setup is very strange, someone who has no visibility of your day-to-day work will have the final say on what your score is, so merit, feedback from clients etc, doesn't always come into it. You will need to move elsewhere to get a decent pay rise, and after a few years here you will have the skills to do that easily. You can get left on client site, you will need to shout to management to move on. (Shout enough and it can happen though)
