Pros

The senior management (Ian King & few others) are committed to improving the culture and impression of the organization, they are promoting all the right values and codes of conduct. They have the best interest of the company, employees and the country in their hearts.

Cons

Unfortunately the cultures still remains as corrupted as ever, reminds me of the old GEC days. Some staff in very senior positions (including those direct reports to Ian King) have a very warped interpretation. The company is great to work for if your face fits. The business in Saudi is definately has the better environment, there, you are openly discriminated against, however, in the UK it is very hypocritical and two faced. One managing director once said to me (off the record) that if you are over 50 we are not interested in your career development. Some of the directors leave you totally gobsmacked, how the hell did they get to that position. No wonder the company is in the mess its in.

Pros

Excellent resource center of teaching materials. Scheme of work is easy to follow and one can easily adjust it for the pace of a class.

Cons

Instructors are sent on very short notice to many locations across the KSA. Other institutions do pay a bit more for the same type of work.

Pros

Autonomy, BAE Systems deep pockets.

Cons

No real leadership or stated purpose. Upper management clique, remoteness of senior management, most leadership people sit in their "exec area" and rarely wander out to speak with the "troops". No end of Director level people with no portfolio. Can't remember the last time the COO tried to strike up a conversation with those at the coal face. Very little attention paid to training and development. No proper career development.
