      Great for graduates, but not competitive as you advance

      Pros

      Great team culture, unique challenges and you get to work with some very talented people. Personal development, particularly through training, is actively facilitated.

      Cons

      Senior management appear out-of-touch with the rest of the business and compensation isn't particularly competitive (bonuses weren't paid in 2014).

      Pros

      I joined when the company was Detica seven years ago. In that time, I've been promoted twice, increased my salary by 50%, and now look after an important chunk of the business with a staff of nearly 100. If you are smart, work hard, and get the results here the rewards will come.

      Cons

      There is a lot of change here. If you like stability and continuity, it's not for you; on the other hand if you see change as a way to improve then you will thrive.
