      Very bright and enthusiastic people, although business consulting is more of an add on to technology delivery.

      Pros

      Great people, a really open culture where everyone is willing to go the extra mile. Good work / life balance. Some interesting projects and really stimulating work.

      Cons

      Pay & bonus review is pretty poor. Very poor comms from senior management. Individuals (especially juniors) are often put on projects that don't tie in with their long term goals.

      Pros

      The vacation is good and the hours roll over year to year so you don't lose them if you don't use them. Also, the schedule is generally so flexible!

      Cons

      This is probably the same for most companies, but I feel like I'm underpaid for how hard I've worked.

      Interesting work and the opportunity to work with some really top quality people.

      Cons

      Upper management have problems engaging/convincing staff that they have their best interests at heart - the gradual reduction of fringe benefits doesn't sit well in general
