      Pros

      Supervisors and Senior leads work hand in hand with employees, no one is made to feel less that or better then anyone else. Equality for all. Diversity and inclusion BIG PLUS!!! Open communication. Excellent training for all employees. Excellent benefits all around. Safe place to work.

      They do not have a facility in Miami FL. I would love to have stayed with BAE Systems

      Pros

      Nice company and people to work with. Also very interactive social events happen to know inter division BAESystems mates and good Financial services product AML,CC and Debit card fraud detection,PEP and sanctions related products and Insurance fraud related products available. BAE Systems also grows on cyber security and combine with Financial services products. Good benefits to the employee and middle management is very flexible for timing and places

      Now slowing being structured and senior management not upfront to the employee
