      A great company to work for with many great employees

      Pros

      Great coworkers and good leadership with great opportunities. A very deverse company that maintains a central focus - Take care of the employees who will take care of the customer and business. Internal training and upward mobility available.

      Cons

      Too many layers of management bureaucracy that sometimes slows needed expedient actions. Need more centralized control with more decentralized management actions.

      Pros

      Some clever people and interesting products; some potential, but not worthy of being the "great white hope" for the parent group.

      Cons

      Muddled leadership, pathetic HR and resourcing functions, lots of office politics ( for very low stakes), and a failure to deliver on promises to staff. Overall, the non-revenue generating elements of the organisation appear to see their purpose as doing things to, not for, employees.

      Interesting business problems Great exposure to big name customers Many talented individuals in the delivery teams Good opportunities for favoured consultants in early career stages

      Cons

      Operations are poorly run, especially outside of the home UK offices, which is hard on delivery teams Highly political Sales force runs wild
