- because of security it's hard or even impossible to use some new cutting edge technologies or tools - in some projects there is legacy code base and solutions

Average company which needs to sort its processes out

Pros

Good people who are very clever and produce fantastic work. Chance to work on different projects with different technologies.

Cons

Hours are too long (40 hour week isn't like most others). Isn't proper "flexi-time" Bonus scheme is weird and not promised. Benefits package isn't great. Too many people in operations and HR who don't do their jobs properly.
