Perfect for self motivated grads

Pros

Smart people, great work life balance, great pay and benefits. Lots of interesting projects to get involved in and they are determined to invest in you.

Cons

They are lacking in some areas in regards to their grad scheme. Not a fan of hand holding, you have to learn at the deep end. If your self motivated and understand it’s going to be a slow moving corporate machine you’ll be fine.
