      Good Intern Program

      Pros

      -excellent compensation for interns -provided a program that provided a better understanding of their corporate structure, and explained what the company did and their mission -I was given actual responsibilities(no getting coffee) -every other friday off

      Cons

      Because of what the company does, it is a pretty conservative work environment with security being of course paramount and accountability of time is crucial.

      Cons

      If senior management doesn't respond to, and value, and follow up with , and implement the work, advice, judgments of senior systems engineers, but is always conflicted in making and avoiding decisions, then a Systems Baseline will never be developed. No Surprise, there will be Program Failures, and these will lead to Contract Cancellations and No Awards in Proposal Submissions.

      Good company, issues exist as with any big company

      Good middle management, good work/life balance, competitive pay. Benefits are decent (they used to be better - they have been cut back recently).

      Cons

      Career growth exists but is hidden and limited, it's there but you have to dig for it and/or know someone.
