      Pros

      BAE has a really excellent benefits package - every other Friday is an off Friday, good health care and 401k packages.

      Cons

      The pay at BAE seems to be less than comparable companies, but living in NH reduces living expenses quite a bit. The culture is conservative, and the management is constantly restructuring the organization.

      *Flex schedule *Decent raises based on merit (standard 2-3% plus merit %) *Good benefits *Interesting projects to work on *Good company training on a wide variety of topics

      Cons

      *Impossible to move to another contract unless you know the right people *Layoffs 2-3 times a year like clockwork *Some management is apathetic to needs of employees *Hard to figure out who to talk to in order to get training for promotions. Management seems to like to pass the buck.
