      Pros

      A visionary company, not adverse to change, can adapt to a changing global environment. Great career opportunities. Fair compensation and benefits. Great recognition and feedback. High employee morale - everyone gives 100%. Senior leadership is great - smart, talented, fair, and not afraid to call you personally when you have done a good job. Great EEO program. Good communication - internally and to our customers. Treat customers with honesty and respect. We do all we can to please and retain our customers.

      Cons

      Slightly bureaucratic which slows down process and progress at times.

      Pros

      Good mentor program. Good leadership development program. Management seems to really care. Layoff rates have always been small compared to other companies, showing that they seem to plan well here.

      Cons

      I feel like salaries are a little lower than industry average.

      Pros

      Life Work balance. Coworkers at your level are great.

      Cons

      Management keeps you in a location that you don't want to be in because you are "too valuable" for the program. Promotions are hard to do, I had to get another offer for them to match it. Recognition isn't great and sometimes management will take your ideas and call them your own. The review system is bogus, almost everyone gets "3" out of 5 and then there are a few outliers.. We called it "Recognition by socialism" because your raises were based on where you already were in the scale.
