      Pros

      Having worked for many years in A&D with a spectrum of companies, BAE Inc. has demonstrated an outstanding level of leadership and vision at all levels.

      Cons

      It is a big company with lots of process but that should be expected with any major A&D.

      Cons

      Lack of experienced leadership, high turnover, No incentive or meaningful effort on the part of BAE to reduce turnover and retain quality analysts, lack of compensation for analysts who take on additional duties.

      Pros

      Good pay, yearly raises (that match with cost of living), some groups give bonuses, easy to cross train or move around internally, good health coverage (cigna).

      Cons

      Don't pay you for lunch (yes, that 30 min is on your own and not chargeable), time cards are a nightmare to do (down to every 6 min you work), they frown on using Overhead so you end up not being able to do as much training as you may need, there is no training when brought on (kind of thrown to the wolves to figure things out), no mentorship, place is high stress.
