They don't care about their employees. They don't reward hard work, the management only cares about themselves and themselves making more money.

Not an organized work environment. Most of my coworkers said that they did not like working at BAE Systems and solely have stayed there because they had not found anything better in the area. My coworkers who had been working there for 10+ years warned me of the high school-like drama that occurs in the work place between coworkers. My boss was not clear about specific tasks he asked me to complete, so at times it would be very frustrating to try to complete tasks.
