      Pros

      Lots of talented, hard-working folks in a variety of departments. Once you reach your hours, management ensures you stop work--this is so that they don't pay you more, but also forces work-life balance.

      Cons

      Comments only apply to the St. Inigoes site: poor management will not promote employees unless they present another offer from another company, HR intimidates employees rather than fixing problematic management, depressed atmosphere.
