      Great senior management, well placed in the industry, growing opportunities, and exciting work.

      Cons

      Company had grown too large, lost its appreciation for the employees, benefits dwindle more every year, and business model means it can't compete with consultant-driven competitors.

      Pros

      I enjoyed the camaraderie between the employees, and the insurance benefits were great. There were a lot of paid holidays and sick time off, when needed.

      Cons

      there were too many supervisors and not enough workers; a lot of the supervisors were placed in their positions only because of cronyism. The majority of the supervisors did not know how to handle employees.

      Pay is very competitive and there is good benefits

      Cons

      Business structure changes and a bad economy caused a lot of job functions to be eliminated along with of lay offs. So the employees remaining at the company end up inheriting the additional work load. long working hours, a lot of stress and no extra pay.
