Pros

You can do nothing and as long as you are part of the Ag inner circle you will be protected.

Cons

Talk about diversity and inclusion but it is not true. Old Caucasian men rule the roost. They put on a good show on LinkedIn but dig deep and you will find the truth.

Easy Job Low Pay

Pros

The company is very nice. They focus heavily on keeping employees safe. There was room to grow and advance my career. The jobs are mostly pretty relaxed. In the office areas they had flexible hours where you could basically choose your schedule. Management was mostly very nice and personable. Most everyone was very nice.

Cons

The benefits are terrible. It was 350$ for insurance for me and my family, and even then the co-pays and deductibles made the insurance basically unusable. The tuition reimbursement is kind of a joke, although, it's similar to what most companies offer. The pay was abysmal. They pay as little as they can get away with, and raises were only 2.5% a year--never more. They're extremely anti-union and they rely heavily on contract workers, who have a lot of difficulty becoming full-time employees.

Pros

They do pay well. Benefits are the same as other companies.

Cons

Bad management and it just kept getting worse. Conflicting rules for employees/departments. For example, some could work from home but others couldn't. They play a lot of games and co-workers are not friendly and back stabbing in general. Be careful of your best friend there because they'll have your job in no time. Couldn't trust anyone. Contractors had more rights then full-time employees. There is harassment, bullying and overall negative treatment to employees. Outdated cell phones, laptops and software. Hard when you're on a deadline with a project and you have your laptop break down. You'll sit on the phone with IT for hours trying to get it fixed and it probably won't get fix. Very long hours for nothing.
