Pros

The company cares about their employees. They treat you like you are important and are very much family oriented. They are very highly involved in the community and do alot of off site activities for the employees families. The pay is the highest in the area.

Cons

I have nothing bad to say.

Pros

Very Good Benefits and work life balance

Cons

I agree with the previous poster. The hiring practices are completely discriminatory. They primarily hire millennial's recruited from specific non-diverse universities and bring them in at the salary of a 20yr employee. If they wanted to honestly diversify the company, they would open up diverse leadership programs to internal candidates. While they advertise their recruitment numbers; they do advertise their minority retention numbers because we fly outta here for a more inclusive work environment.

Pros

Great co-workers, great location, excellent benefits

Cons

There is not a clear path to promotion. You have to know someone to get the promotion. Job postings are a technicality, hiring managers have selected who will fill the position.
