Worst HR I've dealt with

Pros

Good for full time employees. Co-workers are friendly but I feel left out when they talk about gym classes or stepping competitions...

Cons

Unfair hiring process that does not look at whole candidate~ HR interviews are meaningless. Contractors feel very divided and isolated. Half of my team are contractors and half are FTEs. We are both doing the same job but each contractor has more than a years worth of experience and we're training the new Full-time employees. Very awkward EHS team to be a part of.

Pros

The pay is good, great benefits, good bonuses, great corporate culture.

Cons

Career development is a big issue. Management does not pay attention and gives inaccurate reviews, because they were traveling all year.
