Pros

Great work-life balance. Good movement through the company, ability to relocate if desired. Well respected in the Ag industry.

Cons

Typical large corporation issues. Need updated computers, phone, etc. Office location is good, but could be updated.

Pros

Competitive pay, good benefits, nice bonuses, a lot of talented employees. If you work for one of the larger sites, there is room to advance and a good work life balance

Cons

Very difficult to get anything done. The bureaucracy is ridiculous. The IT department is awful. If you work for a smaller site, or a recent acquisition, there are not enough resources and a lot of unrealistic expectations
