Pros

Emphasis on work life balance, great benefits including tuition reimbursement & 401k matching. Pay was good. Heavy focus on safety in manufacturing.

Cons

Organization can sometimes be slow to make decisions. They are risk averse but trying to become more entrepreneurial.

Pros

Development stated as a core and there are programs to voice out or support. You get to work on international project with international teams with tons of BASF experience and loyalty. This from people that have come to terms with no development chances.

Cons

Development of mostly EU (German) colleauges historically accomplished first before international. Tons of inbreeding in broken units...the people that were supposed to fix and keep things running are often promoted into the same departments that caused the problem.
