- Big Organization - Lots of personal development opportunities - Challenging work - Good work / life balance - Good company culture

Cons

- Not very stable business - Poor resources for software development * Software development on a laptop with 8GB and only one screen! (no desktops) * Jenkins production server with only one slave - Poor benefits and pay (compared with other software engineer jobs) - Limited opportunities to go to conferences or external training

BASF has a good structure in all process, and they give a lot of opportunity for you to grow up.

Cons

I was not sure about my limits and what was expected of me. Perhaps lack of questions or maybe lack of feedback.
