Pros

The culture is friendly, and there's an open door policy wherever you go. The work organizations (ERGs/clubs) are motivated and actively work to foster that culture.

Cons

There isn't standardization of processes across the company. Each facility comes up with a lot of processes by themselves, and that means a lot of manpower is wasted in everyone updating documents separately. Additionally, it's common to have to track down documents since the document organization is also not standardized. No one uses the company's recommended organization software, and so it's really hard to find the files you're looking for if you didn't actively sort the files yourself.
