Pros

Company culture, compensation, coworkers, location, management, facilities, honestly I have trouble finding problems with anything. The company is considerate of the physical and mental needs of their employees, both part time and fullt time, and they are very interested in retaining people. Most of my coworkers have been here for at least a decade and I anticipate staying for quite some time. Ever since my part time contract ran out, I've been looking for any opportunity to get back, preferably as a full time employee, and it fell in my lap!

Cons

Lots of meetings? It's not so much a con as sometimes I forget about a meeting and then have to scramble. Maybe the onboarding process could be streamlined a little more, but it was alright for a group that doesn't hire frequently because they retain most everyone they hire.

Pros

Maybe in a couple years it will be a decent place to work. After Boomer turn over.

Cons

Boomer entitlement. An environment of do as I say not as I do. Lazy workers.
