      Can be tough and demanding but depends on location and job. German culture might be difficult for some because the bureaucracy can make it slow to act Those with Chemistry are favored over other areas and not being a Chemist can be a disadvantage in some roles

      Good pay Good Hours Good Holidays

      Management is horrible, no direction, no presence in the workplace even before Covid. Absolutely none after Covid. Leadership in positions simply because of diversity numbers. Site metrics all time lows even with high demand.
