Pros

Most of the associates are teamplayers. Able to advance within the company easily and transfer to a different location if needed. Provides good benefits including pension. The company is willing to provide the training you need for different roles.

Cons

very short-staffed and as a result the company overworks associates. No overtime allowed. Their pay does not supplement the amount of work they want you to perform (you're payed less for doing more than 1 role). Repetitive conference calls/meetings. Technology is not as advanced as competitive financial institutions

Pros

Family oriented company. Big on people and community

Cons

Going through a bit of identity crisis right now. Want to be a big bank but play by small bank rules...it doesn't work which clients recognize and it's stressful to employees
