      Pros

      The ability to work independently at home was perfect. The benefits were perfect.

      Cons

      My team leader and the other members of my team were located in Virginia and Maryland; I was the only evaluator in WV because I was the only candidate for the job who knew as much as I knew about the state. The team leader and all other members are male. My team leader thought he was helping me, but I suffered constant harassment and negative criticism from him. The harder I worked, the more they expected. Finally, the men were paid more than I was and were promoted while I was held back, receiving only a single 2% raise in 4 1/2 years.

      Pros

      Benefits are wonderful, including insurance, payed time off, and sick leave. Employees at all branches have a great working, family like relationship. Great place to start a career in banking.

      Cons

      You get a great starting pay but if lucky can only expect an annual pay increase of 2%, if any. The bank operates on a skeleton crew which can cause many frustrations. Very little chance for advancing in the company; nepotism at its finest.

      ON THE SURFACE- life force, 401k, pension plan.

      Cons

      This particular branch was the worse experience of my life. There was SO much going on I would be ASHAMED for KELLY KING to know! Politics, people backstabbing one another, management covering for their pets! Disgusting!!!!! Upper management "grooming their pets" to be whatever they want them to be. Never had a more disappointing experience IN MY LIFE! Disgusting how HUMAN beings are taken out of the equation all together.... Nothing but market leaders trying to make themselves look good, whoring after whatever sale opportunity they can, whoring themselves and their employees!!! Despicable! I could see right through what was going on at this company. Listen, DO NOT WASTE your time, and I mean your emotional time at this company!!!! Very alarming, misleading, basically they will try and sell this amazing job offer to you and once you get there it is like the worse job ever.
