Pros

BB&T is overall a great company to work for, the benefits outweigh its Shortcomings. My supervisor is pretty good about scheduling and is great with working around appointments.

Cons

Getting paid once a month is challenging at times. The criticalness of your role can make you feel like your always coming up short.

Could be better

Pros

Good benefits, decent pay, good hours. Training programs are easy to use and are very helpful to understanding the job itself.

Cons

Referral goals are becoming hard to sustain. Some supervisors are so more worried about referral/sales goals than customer satisfaction. Most of the clients who come in every week are the same and do not want to constantly be badgered about getting a credit card or adding on other services.

Pros

BB&T is a great place to work. Stable job in a not so good economy for banks. Great Benefits from day one.

Cons

None really. I will say that not giving raises because of the economy, but sponsering a nascar driver doesn't seem right.
