      Supervisors want to work with you to achieve success.

      Cons

      If you are a workaholic, this is the job for you. Regularly worked 60+ hours per week for 40 hour per week salary. While willing to help achieve success, supervisors wanted the training process to be condensed and sped up despite it being an overwhelming amount of information and software intake.

      Most people in the company are great. The benefits are competitive. Good company for appraisers.

      Cons

      People in the accounting department are challenging to work alongside. Other support staff members spread too thin, discouraged and overworked.
