      Good place to work, pay insufficient & no 401K match

      Good team environment; helpful upper management; experienced employees to work with; job flexibility & professional growth

      Cons

      Pay decreases still in effect from Covid (despite company growth & profits since 1 month after pay decreases) and 401K match never existed.

      Pros

      Can be tough to work at BBG but it can also be very rewarding. The network of employees and their knowledge is a thing of beauty.

      Cons

      Fair warning, you must be willing to eat and breathe the work you do here.
