      Good benefits, great staff, everyone is friendly and willing to help you learn. Plenty of work flexibility, great work life balance

      Cons

      Education allowance is minimal, you are expected to pay for most of your education out of pocket. Can make advancement towards licensing difficult

      Work from home flexibility you can decide your own work load team and seniors are very helpful very detail oriented company if you are certified, tons of money to make provided you deliver quality work

      commission splits are not that great should arrange for team meetings with other offices

      Biggest pro is the ability to work from home when needed. Solid and understanding management team in place. Career offers flexibility and chance for upward mobility. Decent benefits, and excellent work/life balance.

      Cons

      Training opportunities could be improved. After initial training, there is little ongoing training.
