      Pros

      Owner is very personable, IT team is extremely responsive and friendly, great location, awesome salary if you're willing to work for it. I progressed very quickly working with one of the top appraisers in the nation, who, along with his team, helped me gain experience and soar up the ladder.

      Some of the employees want everything handed to them (in case you couldn't tell by the other "reviews."

      Unprofessional: Lack of management & clear direction poses liability and lack of credibility for company and industry.

      Small office environment; flexible work from home opportunities

      Cons

      Lack of management, policies and procedures. Emphasis placed on profit-low value placed on employee investment (salary, training, advancement, etc.) and company morale. Chaotic and outdated infrastructure on its last legs--unstable regulations and lack of clear direction make for losses in productivity, low morale, and a frustrated workforce. Upper management unwilling to listen to employee concerns, unprofessional in handling employee affairs, and nepotism is used as a leadership style. Lack of HR department makes for huge liability and a distressing work environment--confidential employee information and records are shared freely amongst non-management. Lack of opportunity for advancement. Hostile work environment for many employees.
