      Conservative credit culture which changes all the time so there is no certainty as to what the bank will accept and will not accept.

      Cons

      Horrible management and it's impossible to reach out to anyone for help. You get bounce around from person to person by your own support team. They require to much petty miscellaneous task that don't impact the job at all.
