This was the worst company I have ever worked for. Seniored employees were passed over for advancement so that managers' friends could be promoted. People who had no background in their field, no experience, and no idea what they were doing would be hired in management positions. There was no respect, constant micromanagement, and rude, innapropriate and degrading remarks made by management. They were condescending, power-hungry, and did nothing to help us. We existed only to help them advance. Yes, it was reported multiple times and no, nothing was done about it. Employee surveys to improve the company are a joke. Policies are inconsistent across the company and make no sense whatsoever. Raises and bonuses are miniscule. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.
