Cons
BECU is experiencing some growing pains. Our growth is exciting and we are able to provide better services to our members, however, our processes and technology need additional attention to ensure scale-ability. Some groups are feeling these pains more than others, and some team members feel stretched in completing day-to-day requirements as well as spending time focusing on these improvements.
