Thank you for sharing your feedback. We take concerns about very seriously. We know it's not always easy to share this type of experience. As BECU has continued to grow, and has aspirations of helping even more members, we have had to ensure leadership is in place to continue moving in that direction. We appreciate knowing that communication in regards to that may have fallen short. Over a third of open roles are filled by current employees, and we are creating new focuses on internal mobility for our team members.
