      Pros

      You get to choose your availability and see some great events. They also pay for your unarmed security certificate training.

      Cons

      They say they give you a one 20 min break per shift but it rarely happens, even on long shifts over 8 hours. Nobody is allowed to abandon their post so there is no way to let a supervisor know we need to use the restroom or take a break.
