      Favoritism, no breaks, no shifts, no advancement, no appreciation, no accommodations, overwork because there is no overtime pay unless it's over 40 hours which most don't get, no benefits

      Flexible work at very fun events/game days!

      Pros

      It's super nice to sign up and work events whenever it works with my schedule, especially working full-time and just wanting extra income when I have time. The events are so fun - I worked Drake's tour this past summer, Lady Gaga's and Usher's residencies and the Golden Knights games and F1 more recently!

      Honestly haven't experienced anything negative so far!
