Pros
Very good pay for college students compared to other available jobs. Can choose which events to work. Sometimes it was a lot of fun and could see a variety of events. Easy to get promoted to a supervisor role if you show up often and do a good job.
Cons
Very seasonal depending on which events are going on. Busier during football and basketball season. Deal with a lot of drunk people. Sometimes it is hard to get hours. High turnover from what I saw.
