      Pay is decent depending on venue or event

      Cons

      Favoritism, no breaks, no shifts, no advancement, no appreciation, no accommodations, overwork because there is no overtime pay unless it's over 40 hours which most don't get, no benefits

      quick fast and in a hurry

      Pros

      great pay for work and in middle of ole miss sporting events. Crazy before games but then it evens out. Its tough and fast work but worth it

      the position is seasonal and not year round. it is possible to get involved in more than one sport
