      Terrible management turnover - 5 new managers in 4 years and they let the best one go. We were finally seeing success then poof. New manager.

      Pros

      Made numerous friends and it is a great work culture. Management honestly cares if there is a personal issue or otherwise and tries different ways to help you out. Being there for nationally televised events and being able to tell friends you witnessed something in person is also a plus. If you're looking for excitement and a positive work culture, BEST is great.

      Cons

      Can get a little hard on the legs.

      Able to sign up to work shifts that you're free for, great coworkers and supervisors, really fun events and game days

      Cons

      Wish there were more full-time opportunities available but potential advancement opportunities come up!
