      Pros

      The benefits are really good, including a discounted lunch on campus. The mission of the company is excellent and there are a lot of really wonderful people there.

      Cons

      The "Holier than Thou" attitude is very prevalent and it is a very stuffy culture.

      Pros

      In-house dining Benefits and compensation are in line with other companies Nice people to work with. Not sure if that is because they would be fired if they are not nice or if they are generally just nice people. The people I knew and became friends with were "real". The work done is for a greater cause and it is admirable.

      Cons

      Management needs to listen to the little people. Stop making decisions for a department when you have never done the work that dept. actually does. Many are unhappy but will not leave because of economy. Hey, we are all replaceable, right?

      Not friendly to minorities. Too comfortable making racial jokes and innuendos. HR policy is not fair and balanced.
