Benefits are good. Great work-life balance.

Cons

No room for advancement. Moral among employees are low due to a lot of favoritism among departments which is . With this being a non profit Christian organization, it is no different than corporate America. You still have to deal with people being promoted based on who they know and not what they know to hold a position .

There are a lot of really great people working for BGEA. The organization has had a significant impact across the globe. The organization remains committed to Dr. Graham's mission of sharing the Gospel through every means possible.

Cons

Communication across the organization could be improved. There are lots of starts/stops/changes in direction that cause additional stress for staff in trying to meet deadlines.
