Loved the people and Spirituality. Great Perks, stressfull due to lack of communication between managers and employees.

Pros

Loved going to work everyday. Morning Devotions of entire building was a HUGE perk!! Being able to share the Gospel and win souls for Christ was awesome. They were very understanding of time off for Doctors Appointments, etc...

Cons

Not just one trainer but many and each one had a different idea of how to do things. They would change how they wanted you to do things many times a day. Many times they would contradict each other. Hard to know how they wanted the job to be done. Upper Management did not keep supervisors informed of changes in a timely manner.

There are a lot of really great people working for BGEA. The organization has had a significant impact across the globe. The organization remains committed to Dr. Graham's mission of sharing the Gospel through every means possible.

Cons

Communication across the organization could be improved. There are lots of starts/stops/changes in direction that cause additional stress for staff in trying to meet deadlines.
