Pros

In-house dining Benefits and compensation are in line with other companies Nice people to work with. Not sure if that is because they would be fired if they are not nice or if they are generally just nice people. The people I knew and became friends with were "real". The work done is for a greater cause and it is admirable.

Cons

Management needs to listen to the little people. Stop making decisions for a department when you have never done the work that dept. actually does. Many are unhappy but will not leave because of economy. Hey, we are all replaceable, right?

If you are good at what you do especially in the Call Center you will not be moved for a transfer if you request.

Good benefit package for a non-profit organization Excellent pay compensation for position held Supervisors are encouraging and willing to assist with training and development

Senior Management can be out of touch with everyday operations of some aspects of the ministry
