      Pros

      The people care, and it shows. Both in the quality of work we produce for our clients, and in the way we treat each other. I genuinely enjoy the people I work with, and the culture here at BHC RHODES. I feel fully supported in my career aspirations, and have been given many opportunities to explore them.

      Cons

      The natural tradeoff for a small company atmosphere is that pay may not be as high as larger corporations. For me, this is far outweighed by the pros of working at BHC RHODES. My pay is fair, and I feel they are very generous with bonuses, profit sharing, and competitive benefits to help bolster compensation.

      Thank you for your feedback! We would encourage you to come visit with someone in your HR Group so we can discuss your compensation. There are companies paying more and always will be. However, we do pay our employees at least in the 75% if not higher for this market. We set our compensation off of what we can withstand as the economy always has it's ups and downs. Last time we learned so much from the economic crisis and have made adjustments so we can take care of our employees.

      Pros

      The variety of work and projects we get to work on. Other groups may have to travel for short periods of time but much of the work is done right from our office. We have updated PCs and equipment to do our work. Education reimbursement is amazing! They want to us to continue education or get certifications.

      Cons

      Sometimes it can take a while to make a change. Getting all in management to agree. Its a small company with about 125 so you have to be willing to wear many "hats" at times.

      Pros

      BHC Employees come first. We have many activities, events, training's, and opportunities to give back to our community.

      Cons

      Really what to chose to be involved in but that's not really a con.
