      Pros

      The principals at BHC Rhodes genuinely have their employees best interests in mind. No project is undertaken that would put unattainable workload on their workforce, and any growth pursued is done at a sustainable pace. The working environment is supportive and your peers are happy to help out with questions. It is an intellectually stimulating and emotionally satisfying place to work.

      Cons

      Customer service is paramount at BHC Rhodes and this starts by meeting deadlines. At the end of the project the work will be finished, but this sometimes means long hours at work to complete the job. The company always brings in some sort of treat to help the employees get through these late nights.

      Pros

      Allowed to time manage yourself to get the jobs done. Complete transparency to management. Great communication from the top down. They value their employees and encourage input and innovation from everyone. Top of the line technology and resources so you know you have all you need to get your work done. Community involvement and many opportunities for team building. Great break area with ping pong and shuffle board.

      Cons

      Engineering firm so some people are hired as contract for short term projects. Many stay and become permanent others are let go when job is done, but that is all told from beginning so you know the risk. Not many cons here unless you don't like open work areas...not much privacy since there are no cube walls.
