      Pros

      The management really challenges us with special projects and opportunities to work with other departments. Variety of work, no 2 days are a like. Everyone is friendly and genuinely want to be here and work hard to make the company better. Lots of success celebrations.

      Cons

      Organization is a little flat with a handful of supervisors.

      Fantastic corporate culture-by far the best for which I've worked. Exciting projects, transparent upper level management, strives to be forward thinking and on the leading edge of trends,

      Pros

      Engineers & managers know that they are doing most of the time. Easy to get to know workers in other departments. Very little micro-management. Great place to start when just out of college.

      Cons

      Company too small to compete with big, multi-national firms. Pay is lower compared to those firms

      Thank you for your feedback. BHC has made many improvements to compensation to stay competitive on our industry. As far as the size of our company that really is a personal preference. My advice is to you is to discover what is important to you in a company. We offer: A great culture that continues to improve, a family like environment, a people first as our people take care of our clients with our "No Problem" customer service, people have more opportunity for experiences here at BHC, we invest in our people and empower them to grow and accomplish their personal and professional goals.
