      Pros

      Good overall benefits package (insurance, 401(k), tuition reimbursement). Small perks that mean a lot (example: charitable donation the company makes in your name to the charity of your choice). Good work environment. Good people to work with.

      Cons

      Difficult to get raise or promotion.

      BHC Rhodes had an amazing working environment with excellent co-workers as well as real genuine supervisors

      BHC Rhodes really strives to make everyone feel comfortable. Although the pace is very fast, its manageable due to the environment.

      Cons

      The traffic is awful. They are pretty relaxed on the start time as long as people get their work done.
