Pros

The work environment is technologically advanced and offers some of the latest in business technology and ergonomics. The benefits were higher than average in the industry. Work-Life balance and flexibility was above average.

Cons

When you see BHP on LinkedIn, their culture is highly advertised however, it is not commonly considered anything more than concept in the workplace. I would consider it more of the beginning of work in progress. One major gap is the relationship between leadership, teams, and employees.

Pros

Benefits and Compensation are good as well as flexible work arrangements. Diversity is stressed.

Cons

Seems like all management positions are appointed. Its who you know instead of what you know. Continuous organizational changes hinder any continuous improvement initiatives. Always resetting. HR is terrible. Need to get everything in writing. They don't live the charter values.

Pros

Great people working hard to progress company

Cons

Middle management very political and tends to manage to own agendas. Jobs not filled based upon merit and messages are filtered up and down.
