      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. Nice location close to Gallaria. New office coming.

      Cons

      Treated many employees poorly during the layoffs. Diversity policy has resulted in promoting people, when better candidates exist. Not safe to tell the truth. Heavy burocracy.

      Pros

      Benefits are good. The pay is also good. The location, although crowded provides access to many shopping, lunch and dining options. cafe on site was a good thing.

      Cons

      Over aggressive A type personalities everywhere. Dog eat dog mentality among management. Company is starting to see no value in the everyday employee. If you are not a manager you mean very little to this organization.

      Pros

      Open doors. Friendly people. Lot's of career opportunities. Great canteen in HQ :)

      Cons

      Management is reluctant to make decision and to take responsibility. Most positions are too narrow focused. Too many positions involved in simple tasks with not much value added. Lot of redundant work. Knowledge sharing is close to zero. HR is way below expected efficiency and proficiency
